Synopsis
Welcome to ERS: the ultimate place in one stop shopping and dead end employment. Stupid customers, an annoying boss, and Machiavellian intrigues abound.
Marc tries to keep his store together despite mounting pressure.
Tanya tries to leave only to find herself crawling back.
Gary and Monica have nothing but each other, and that’s not so great either.
Rudy puts a rude customer in his place, and everyone pays the price.
Ambrosia finds her enthusiasm pitted against backbiting coworkers, asinine policies, and the Service Squad: the most irritating training crew market research can buy.
Everyone is left wondering: in this day and age, does a good job even exist? In the meantime, they all must make, and protect, a life built on minimum wage.

Rudy - 22. A college student working two jobs to support himself. Bitter.
Ambrosia - 19. Living on her own for the first time.
Tanya - 30. One day she realized she was 30 and still an ERS employee.
Gary - 26. Life-long social outcast. He asserts himself through his job. In a dysfunctional relationship with Monica.
Monica - 17. Trashy punk emo grrrly girl slut.
Marc - 35. General Manager. A man burdened with his responsibilities.
